Adult Night - Friday, July 9

LAGC friends will come aboard Solaris, a yacht chartered exclusively for us and enjoy dinner and drinks. The Solaris is docked at the Baytowne Marina (across the highway from the Hilton). Two shuttles will be provided from the hotel for transportation. Boarding on the yacht will begin at 6:15pm and will begin cruising at 7:30pm. The yacht will be back at the dock for 8:30pm with transportation provided back to the hotel for those needing to leave early. Feel free to stay on the boat and enjoy drinks with us till 10:00pm!

The Solaris is 3 decks, 5,300 square feet of passenger space. Worried about possibly getting seasick - don't... the yacht has a flat bottom designed for a smooth ride, plus it cruises in the bay where the water is not as rough.

Space is limited to 150, so be sure to register early and check the adult night box on the registration form.

Special Notes:
-Activities are planned for the children at the hotel during this event. Please be sure to sign up on the registration form.
-Two golf cart drivers will be available to those needing assistance down the dock.
-Ladies, please do not wear spiked heels on the dock as they may get stuck.
-The main deck is wheelchair accessible.

Auction:
Be sure to bid on the auction items at the end of dinner. Activities planned for children. Be sure to come and be a part of this special evening. This event will raise funds for the Louisiana AGC Construction Industry PAC. Saints Ticket Package
Pass a good time with friends in New Orleans with dinner, hotel and tickets to watch our Superbowl Champs! Dinner for four, two hotel room accommodations for one night, and four - 50 yard line tickets to the New Orleans Saints. Game TBA.

Camp at Big Lake
Enjoy two nights at the Lodge at Pelican Point, on Big Lake, south of Lake Charles. The lodge sleeps eight and is fully furnished with linens, television, kitchen and dishes. Fishing and guides available. Bring your own rod and reel, food and drinks, ice chest and fishing license. (dates based on availability and must be redeemed within 1 year from auction)
